A common factor is that we didn't have good boundaries demonstrated for us.
Another big one is that you were punished for trying to assert your boundaries when you were younger. If this happened enough times, it gets etched into our self-image: "I can't or I shouldn't say no to others".

In two months, you will be equipped with a more powerful "NO". You will be able to competently say that No with the appropriate amount of care and tact that is right for you and your situation.
We will focus on a primary situation or relationship where having a powerful No will be most valuable. We take your new skill and broaden it to other situations.
